How do I care for my accents?
Most of our fabric
accessories can be Dry
Cleaned or Spot Cleaned with a damp cloth. Care instructions
are included with each item.
What materials do you use?
Fabrics are all natural.
All pillow inserts are 90%
feather / 10% down. Feather-Down inserts are not only luxurious
to the touch, but hold their shape well.
How long will it
take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 72 hours of receipt. Custom orders
and large orders may require additional time. After your
order leaves our
workshop, individual shipping times vary depending on the
shipping method selected. Please refer to the shipping guides
provided on the order.
I am having trouble
placing an order online, how do I enable Cookies?
If your shopping basket or checkout appears empty, although you
have added items to it, chances are that cookies are not enabled
in your web browser. A cookie is a file created by our
site to store information on your computer about your order.
To change your privacy settings to enable cookies in Internet
Explorer:
- From
Internet Explorer Menu, select
Tools, click Internet Options.

On the Privacy tab, move the slider down for a lower privacy
level to "Accept All Cookies". Select Apply, then Ok.

We accept credit card payments through PayPal. PayPal is a fast,
convenient and secure way to pay for orders using a major

What is your return policy?
We understand
that sometimes things just don't work out, and that you may want
to send back your order. You have
15 days from the date of shipping to return
merchandise. Once we receive the shipment, we will
refund the purchase price less shipping & handling fees. Custom Orders and trade orders are
non-refundable. All merchandise must be returned in original
condition and packaging, and must be accompanied by a Return
Authorization Number (RA#).
Returns without
an RA#' will be refused. Please return package via insured and
prepaid US Mail. We are
not responsible for lost return packages.

Who took the pictures on the website?
These are all
amateur shots taken from Cristina's travels. These are
some of the places that have inspired her imagination.
Where is St. John?
Located in the
Caribbean Sea, about 50 miles East of Puerto Rico. St. John
is the smallest
of the three U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Thomas and St. Croix
comprise the other two). The island is only nine miles long
and three miles wide, with two-thirds of the island protected
by the National Park. There is no airport on St. John,
however it is easily accessible from St. Thomas, a quick 20
minute ferry ride away.
The weather is
always warm, and cool tradewind breezes flow effortlessly
through the island. It's an ideal place to design and
create!
